Might as well call this the "Carby Patrol series". A standard na diesel is no where near a carby Patrol in performance. I have a diesel and my old man a Petrol and there is a marked difference. I would believe a majority of the diesels out there have been turbo'd (not as many would have been ...

Try your panhard bushes. They might not look stuffed but they are the usual problem. There is heaps on here about this type of problem. Do a search and it should answer your question. With the bigger tires the add load to the rubbers which causes the front diff to move side to side. Worked for me!

GQ Front Axle

Hi peoples, I have snapped the short front axle. Anyone know a good place to get them from? Yes I did do a search but it came up with nothing useful. Thanks in advance.

When you get it tuned make sure they do it on a dyno! I got mine done this way and it makes a huge diference and only costs about $125  Cheap when you think about it!

Ive spoken to a mate who had the same problem and he reckons that the hinge had like a heavy rivet through it and he tightened it by whacking it with a mash hammer while the other side was on a lump of steel (old section of railway line) having not taken mine out to look, does that sound like it ...

Firstly as mentioned previously I havn't bought my tyres for this event yet so I don't have a problem with that rule, but personally, I like the idea of not competing against vehicles with major modifications (OBC and Ateco style). As this will be my first (hopefully)winch comp I like the idea of a ...
