I read somewhere once that the hub on a clutch fan is lubricated. You need to pull fan hub apart and clean the two halves and put new oil on surfaces, i think there is a special oil for this and is only about a 100 mls needed. Or you could just go to the wreckers and get another :D hope that helps ...

recently i fitted an air con pump to run as a compresser, it feeds a tank under vehicle and works great. does anyone know what sort of switch i can run so that it switches itself off and on? At the moment i am just using a toggle switch and 150lb preasure release valve which is great for scaring ...
