what would a tb42 be worth

Post by jigga »

just wondering what a good condition tb42 with 300k's would be worth. has new alternator, all hoses and leads have been replaced. runs great. no smoke etc...

What about a full gas system in perfect working order?

Carby for sure.
Shortys apparently never came with factory EFI. Although I have seen some late mdl shortys with factory EFI.
And LWB got it around 92 I think.

300,00 is nothing for a tb42, especially if it did not have LPG so it probably would not have head issues.

Huh?

Mine has 376K without a hint of dying and thats on LPG.

But I do agree that they are guzzlers.
