dynamo sound ?

Post by Dooley »

Well that's the best thing to match what it sounds like.

Basically when I come to a stop I hear this sort of winding dynamo noise for a few seconds just as I've come to a complete stop. Like if you got something you can dynamo power and spun the handle maybe one revolution and then let go, that is exactly what it sounds like.

Anyone have any idea what makes that sound and if it's normal ?

Thought this died with no answers.

Yeah well I forgot to put what it is and thought it was in the sig, then realised it wasn't so was probably chucking it in as you were replying.

Well AFAIK, has none of the above and I didn't add them on either.

Also it wasn't doing it when I first had it that I know of.

Multi ribbed belts make a whining sound like a supercharger or atleast mine sounds like its SC. :D

But if you had those, then it would be constant. :?
Dont expect mere proof to sway my opinion.
