NAVFUN exercise practice...Watagans 18th Feb

Post by cebarry »

This is your last chance and our only free weekend to get in one more practice before Rudi's / Mannell Motors NAVRUN Sunnycorner 3/4th March guys!

Stocktons "where the bl--dy hell are we" worked out afterall, with a fair show of keen participants....who did learn heaps also.....so the numbers are slowly building......as is the confidence to take it a step further and compete.

This time we'll only have it on the Sunday and start at the Pines Campsite......so those that want to join us Sat nite for a camp out are welcome again.
As before you wont need a highly modified truck, we'll be sticking to 4x4 driveable tracks, as it's more for gps use/practice than anything.

Stay tunned for update......starting time will be 9am sharp!!! on a first come first serve basis.

:)

Hi Eugene and Cecily,

Sorry I can't make it on the 18th. Turns out I am leading a club trip that weekend.

Hope you guys get a few more turn up than at stockton.

See you at Bathurst.

That's great news Rudi.....as you can see we are having one more practice before your Sunny Corner NavRun, the people who are getting into it are really enjoying themselves and I know some have since signed up to do your event.....kinda knew once people got into it, they'd be hooked!.
Helps us as well with practicing when we set up the routes, so it's a win win situation all round.
Looking forward to 3/4th
See ya,
Celia & Eugene
ps to those who doing the Navfun Sunday 18th...there's the option for the camp over for Sunday mob only.... to go on a nite drive....but limited to Trac4 and Navfun guests only.

Well if you gonna have to change navi's then Guy's your man....being a seasoned OBC / top competition driver you've done good. But boo that Shane can't make it this year, you both seemed to laugh all the way last year...does this mean you are getting serious??

Wink wink........ Eugene says at least there'll be someone in your truck now that can drive an 80 series...he he!

Look forward to seeing you both at the navfun.Sun...and if you can make the campout Sat. Trac4 is coming up and doing a nite run will include a few from our gang also that might want to join 'em.
