NP Pajero Mods

Post by rocknferoza »

A mate of mine has just bought a 2005 GLS Did manual pajero.

He is looking at putting a lift kit in.
Is there a 4 inch lift kit still avaliable for them and who makes it :?:

He also wants to put a 3 inch exhaust right through and possibly chip it.
Would the 3inch be a good size for the Did and what is a good chip for them :?:

Thanx
James

4 inch lift, only if you import it from Japan.

I don't think many have put a 3" exhaust in a DiD Pajero, but I think Cranky Cruiser has put a 3" in his new Triton - try searching.

I don't know about chips.

I wouldnt put 3" on it. I would just remove the exhaust and resonator and that will improve on what he wants.I kept the 2.5" and I am happy with the results on my NP. Saw 2mpg increase in fuel mileage as well. I think if he went to 3" it would not have enough back pressure and he would loose what he is trying to gain. Just my .o2

It doesn't need back pressure. It has a turbo.
