Bushes

Post by bubs »

Wheres a good source in brisbane for rubber bushes, i need LC ones i think 18 ID 40 OD

I have some neopeane? ones here at work which have a sleeve through them which brings it down to 14mm ID, when this is removed it is perfect for using stock pins with IFS rears

So where do i buy them in rubber :?:

All About Steering and Suspension have a pretty good range in stock and very helpful. They are located in Moss St, bottom end next to Koala Campers.
Built, not bought.

Go so Syd at Qld Roller's and Liners. He supplied me with mine. Can do whatever duro you want but mine were 60 I think. He used the mould he already had for landcruiser bushes and cut them down on the lathe. He also made the crush sleeves for me :D

If you describe me as "Dave with shortened hilux" that has bought bushes there before he will remember.

Are these for you t-case x-members?

I bought some bushes from here (all steering and susp) for the IFS springs I have lying around - they were poly though - I noticed you wanted rubber.

I use the same bush in my crossmember as I do in the rest of my leaf springs. They are exactly the same as the IFS bushes but in rubber.

Give me a call if I'm not making myself clear.
