hey guys,is it possible to get the sump off with the motor in frame?

2.6 petrol yes but it's not worth it you have to take the front diff out
2.8 diesel no

sorry -- 2.8 td.
dont want to pull the motor to fix a relatively small leak,
no its not the rear main either.
i know i would have to take out the cross brace from behind the sump, just wondering if it will squeeze out from there

You won't get it out you carn't get to the bolts at the back of the sump behind the flywheel
