Different brands tyres on 4b

Post by Nev62 »

Have two different brands of 33 MTs. 3 of brand a and 2 of brand b. Whilst the info on the side walls are the same, brand a sits 1/2" to 1" taller than brand b and is also wider (both say 33x10.5x15).

Do I.....

1. Put two brand a on front and 2 brand b on back and watchout for windup (no centre diff)

2. Put 1 brand a and 1 brand b on front, two brand a on rear and use minimum front locker,

3. Stay on 31" until I can afford to buy new brand a and keep brand b for spares or sell off?

Windup shouldnt be a problem on dirt as the difference is minimal, i would go 2 A front, 2 B rear.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.
