Rolled hilux overheating!

Hi guys,got a couple of mates who have rolled their 2.8d hilux's and now cant stop them from overheating.They both rolled to the left and the thing overheats with aircon on! Anyone else had this problem?

possibly knocked or shook some of the loose crap hanging around the motor etc and now they got a blocked radiator. Have them get the car to operating temp and run their hand along the back of the radiator. (with the motor off) and feel if there are any cool spots along the radiator. It should be all the same temp. If there is then they got a blockage in that spot.

Im going with rolled to the left, filled the precombustion chamber with oil, started and cracked the head.
