I don't have a TD42 buy why don't you buy a water to air set up and not cost much more then a grand and have better results?

I have a water to air intercooler setup for sale if anyones keen.

- The intercooler
- Remote radiator
- Electric pump to suit.

Should be perfect for a 4by because it doesn't suffer from heat soak, great in low speed situations like rocks or soft sand.

PM me if keen.

Yep, your my insperation Matt, 175Kw Here I come! Wreckers do charge a fortune for genuine intercooler kits, but their such an easy fit up to a non-intercooled GU which makes them valuble i suppose. those '$1000' dollar denco and PWR water/air jobs arent really that efficient.

when i rang around is nov last year 400 seemed to be the consensus for the intercooler n pipes.
even at that price i thought it was too dear (unless it was a bolt in job for you) and bought a after market cooler, a gu scoop and a thermo for less than 400. cost bugger all to have the pipe work made too

Sold the shoty six months ago, only took 3 days to sell. A TD shorty would have looked good on you turps.
