Gear boxes are the same ( 4.5 petrol and fact turbo diesel ) input shaft has different spline ( 1HZ 21 spline ~ 280mm dia clutch ) ( 1FZ/1HDT 14 spline ~305mm dia clutch ) input shaft lenght and bolt patterns where box bolts to bellhousing is the same. the 1HZ flywheel can be redrilled to suit the larger turbo clutch or if a FZJ75 clutch disc can be used ( 14 spline ~280mm dia ) with the original IHZ pressure plate.

Have fitted this box with larger clutch many times on 1HZ's

Jimbo, you have a 100 series, with r151 box, top put the petrol 80 box in, you need...fzj75 clutch plate, hzj80 bellhousing and the petrol box and 100 petrol auto/manual or turbo diesel manual transfercase.
Your r transfer wont bolt to 80 box, different splines.
See me if you want to do this conversion as i have a few of the bits required
