In Brisbane, is it possible for you to email them to me at all? If its too much trouble don't worry about it and thanks anyway. :)

I'm far from an expert on this, but there are a heap of different variants of the efi 16V. When we were re-wiring Critta (Mick's old hybrid suzuki) we kept coming up against differences between any diagrams we had (and we had lots) and what was on the car.

It turns out that some efi 1.6's are wired differently and have different sensors etc. Just bear this in mind when you start looking at diagrams.

These "different" motors also have a heap of other small differences like a different timing belt/tensioner.

Sorry I don't know the exact years on anything, or what to look for, so this is a pretty pointless post  it's just something to keep an eye on. Obviously if you had the VIN of the donor car, you could order the right books from suzuki.

I know this seems excessive, but having a factory manual and diagram is really the only way to do it. Last two conversions I have done (660 cappuccino into 1.3 and jimny/auto into 1.3) we have had the full workshop manuals for both cars. It is really invaluable, especially when it comes to trouble codes etc.

Gwag - i have a couple diagrams here and they all match my engine. jap import. the main differences are there is a early and late one with different airflow sensors that are the main thing i have seen. got it on a diag somewhere.

Chris - i will have a dig around and let u know. PM your email address, also if u have a a3 fax that would be super, if not, not to worry.
