for the life of me i couldnt get the tyre back on the rim..tried the soap suds and hittin it with the mallet.thats what the intructions said... is there an easy way without being smart and saying(the tyre shop)...

simple question, where you trying to put the tyre on the rim from the front of the rim or the back? because if you try from the back it is nearly impossible.

Yeah exactly, back or front? I've changed heaps of tyres (bias and radial) manually with home made bead breaker and some old siddy tyre levers (never needed a mallet) , never a problem.
