Was unfortunate enough to get the patrol flooded in a boghole yesterday.
The interior filled with muddy water.I have spent all day stripping out the flooring.The spongy stuff on the underside holds a lot of water and I wouldn't mind getting rid of it.
Any suggestions for a hassle free waterproff floor that won't hold water and therefore promote rust?
Reckon I found half Australias 5 cent coin population after I stripped it all out.

what about that srpay on, poly lining.
you see it in alot of late model utes.
depends where you are, but we have a guy who does it in albury. its called rhino linings.

Yeh spray in liners are good, but try a diy option that you find in ebay, many ppl have had success with them. Were not all millionnaires so we cant all afford Rhino linings.
body deadner to keep it quite. Can be applied with a brush. Then just paint over it. Maybe even use some self tappers to hold the rubber floor mats down.
attack the all of the holes with a welder, rivets and plate or silicon, keep one hole at a low point with a good fitting bung, and a pair of shoes and sox up high and dry
For a floor bung,try a "yuppie"self sealing
Bathroom drain plug.
Push it down, It seals
Push it again, and it opens to let water drain.
Try bunning's etc etc.

clark rubber is where i got my 6mm rubber checkerplate patter.
bit exxy but is thick enough to server as sound deadener as well.
wouldnt mind doing mine with that stuff, what brand was it.
