Front Axle

Post by bubs »

Reassembling the front axle, the swivel balls have surface rust on them.

I was going to just use some fine sand paper and clean them up.

Is this bad, it shouldn't mark the surface to much using fine sand paper :?:

Wet and Dry should be fine. Do it wet it gives a smoother finish. The seals that run on the swivel are not a real good finish to start with so you should get no real probs.
