EFS for $700 and ive heard good about procomp but are unsure on their prices. toughdogs are outa my price range. im steering towars the efs. what you guys think?

Mate of mine is going through the same process in a GU.

So far EFS and Dobinsons (both popular brands with good reputation and good prices) offered the best value for money and performance.

At the end of the day, there are 20 decisions you can make, narrow it down to 2 or 3 informed opinions (from here, shops) and then see what kind of price you can get would be the best idea.
Cheers,
Dan.

hey guys... ive decided on dobinson coils but keep getting different feedback on shocks... for some reason im swaying towards procomp... a set of dobinson coild and procomp shocks on ebay for $730... good price i reckon.. tough dogs are too dear.. and i KNOW this has been brought up before but no one can really give a straight answer to what is a good affordable shock for a gq patrol. p.s i dont want the dobinson shockies cauz apparently they are a stiff ride. so all i need to know are procomps a proven brand in shockies?

Just because something comes out of the same factory doesn't mean they are the same!
Everyone compares there suspension to OME for a reason, it is the benchmark for how it should perform and last. You can get better and you can get cheaper. I don't know of being able to get both!

Of course you can get better & cheaper than OME.
OME is a good product.
