ok so i got down under the 40 and it appears that the frunt left 2 ubars are a fraction loose they arnt touching by about 2mm...i then jacked it up and did the 12ok and 6ok ect you suggested but it didnt budge soo i dont think its the wheel bareings...i tryed to tighten up the u bars my self but the solts r seised on their real good ..im gonna spray then with WD40 san let em sit for an hour then try again..
because the left ubar is only a fraction loose do y recon this could be causing such a violent shaking ?????

For the price of new u bolts I would grab a new set and replace them. If they wont budge just cut them off with a grinder (carefully). To answer your question yes if they are not sufficiently tight it can cause the wobbles you speak of. Not to say thats your whole problem but its definately the place to start.
im not sure of the wobbles your talking about, but my mates 40s rear ubolts were loose on one side and we noticed that it pulled to one side on taking power off wheels and the other when putting the foot down. Long story short the whole diff was twisting when it was loose from the springs and causing it to be un-aligned with the car and sort of rear-steering the car away. NOT GOOD!!
