gearbox problems

i just put new gear box oil in like 1 month ago and have been having some problems with the radiator so i havnt been driving my rover (no radiator) and finally got the cooling system working again with no leaks and now the first and second gear and also reverse seems to grind and sorta jerk a bit, third gear runs smooth and also the kickdown doesnt work anymore, have i accidently touched something to cause this? or any ideas on what to do?

did you put the right trand fluid in? and is the level corect?
