Post by antt »

does anyone have a set of vitara roof racks floating around? i want a set to mount spotties on after saturdays night run.

or does anyone know a decent company that makes em? i went into autobarn and supercheap but their fitting 'guide' is a PITA to work out so i couldn't even figure out how much a set would cost me. :x

Depends on what you want. I have a set here (not for sale) that clip in under the top of the door so you don't end up haveing too put holes in the roof. Thats a great place for rust.

I got a set for my Vit from Roof Racks Galore 07 3350 3711 or www.roofracksgalore.com.au. I started with the clip under top of door set up and they kept coming out. I didnt want to take the risk on a long trip outback so I got some rails and screwed them into roof !! alll sealed up no chance of leaks and a much better idea. Nice smooth ones too, no wind noise..
