Suspension question #8872826

Post by Taff »

Ok, im getting everything together for my new springs.

currently i have:
Bushes
Springs
Shocks
Tools

i need:
Bolts
U-bolts
A weekend to put it in
?????

I will be doing this myself with the help of a friend that has done it before over a weekend [Soon hopefully!] he is only free on weekends and i want to get everything ready so we don't have to find 'x' on a Sunday morning.

What random items will i need that i probably wont think about?
What size/grade bolts will i need?
Will a weekend be enough? :?
Should i just go and buy it all from ARB? how much will i save if i source them myself?

thanks :D

Dont see why you would need the whole weekend. Should only take you a couple of hours. IF you can get a air wrench and compressor too undo the Ubolt nuts around your diff get it because it will save alot of time.

Have you looked at extended brake lines ...?

Maybe hit up your Ubolts with some CRC RP7 to help get them undone.
..wrench, wheel, wreck repeat..
