Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

are spectators allowed?

The night went resonably well I think!
Most made it to the end !
A few detoured to a waiting tilt tray (its a toyota thing)
I think everyone found the deliberate mistake on the map,
thank you to all those who told me.
We might put some on the next map ??
Thanks to all those who helped out on the night ,Jason,Rhys&Niki,
Glyn&Greg and young Ben.

The final results were;

1st-----Ricky & Nicia in the yellow Lux ----------------78 ptns
2nd----Ray&Rob in the 80 dual cab ute ---------------75 ptns
3rd----Shane&Julie 75 series ute ----------------------69 ptns
4th----Steve&Ben hilux dual cab ----------------------55 ptns
5th----Steve&Lyndsey Patrol ----------------------------8 ptns
and thats all i got back .

Next Time

Night Run

Post by stinger »

I should have handed my sheet in, we had most things and I had 60 points from the first two check points......

Damaged from the night (at this stage), could be more once I start pulling things apart

* one rear tailshaft (may have held up if Universal Driveshaft Services had used a decent wall thickness)
* one CV and Free Wheeling hub
* possibly another CV - yet to look

Was a great night, had a lot of fun and may get it back together for next months run.....

Thanks a lot to the guys who help me out and towed me back to the servo.
Cheers,
Stinger

Thanks for a great run - we should have handed our sheet in as well, we had 70 points from the first two stages.

What time did you end up getting home stinger? - BTW i gave your two way back to your missus.

I don't think anyone drove CP3 once the official left :)

Well setup and thanks to the oragnisers.

I think every body had a good time,i used my long range tank as a slider on check point 2 and punched a nice dent in the front diff,i think its time for a diff gaurd this week.We never got to drive check point 3 as it was closed but we still had 70 points after two stages.I also cant beleive how perverted and twisted those guys were that were hanging out with Ron.All they had on the brain was sex. Thanks to all involved for a fantastic night, maybe one night we can all take swags and at the end, :) light a fire and have a few cold wons.

Maty,
Got home about 3AM. Thanks for the assistance.

BTW - That is not my Misses, she is just a good friend who is my Navi (my misses is broken, bad back, so playing hard like that is not good for her). PS Wendy, my Navi is a good 4wdriver, but her Troopie not set up for playing hard...
