Likely to overstress the cv's during turns (forcing the drive line on the front to resemble a "batwing") on the inside wheel unless the entire axle assy is moved forwards also. Clearance to other suspension components??? If it is a double A arm design then you would most likely have to move the upper arm forward too or try to deal with a hell of a lot of castor (it will wander and pull like the proverbial shopping trolly in off camber situations)
