VGA PDA?

Post by cj »

Looking at getting a PDA to run Copilot 6 and OziExplorer CE on and I was wondering if a VGA screen offers any real world advantage over QVGA?

I would have though QVGA would be better than VGA

VGA 256 colour... don't know what the res for a PDA would be, but standard monitor is 640x480 60hrz.

OziExplorerCE doesn't need heaps of colours anyway, you'll want maps for it though it has none that come with it unless your in the same area as the demo maps (VIC/SA somewhere)

OziExplorer for computer lets you make up maps that you scan in and can do waypoints etc.
