TCU wiring

Post by lexi »

Posted this in main section .Will try it here as it is Electrical. I`m fitting a simple Auto Trans lock up switch consisting of footswitch from battery which operates a relay and warning lamp. On the TCU at passenger kick panel the wire to connect to is on terminal 22. I don`t have that terminal.

Any ideas which terminal? It`s a 93 Td42 with Nissan ETC N85 tcu.

Thanks for reply mate. That is the article I took it from. The Tcu is different from mine and I have ben informed from other memebers that the wire colour is not always the same.

If the terminal number on the TCU is adhered to....ie 22 then you can`t go wrong (GQ TD42 ONLY). I don`t have that number on any of the pull out plugs. Just wondering if any of the guys who have done the mod and connected to terminal 22 have the same TCU as me.......ETCN85........maybe someone could have a look.
