loosening 3F distributer?

Post by hulsty »

G'day all,

To adjust the timing on my 3F is it just losening the nut at the front the distributer going into the engine block? Also is there like a special spanner or something? I've been using a 12mm and its just to bulky to fit on the head nice as it hits the base of the distributer, the nut is BLOODY tight and need any help getting the sucker undone without damage

cheers

P.S spin it anti clockwise to retard?
