if your in melbourne go to aussie desert coolers he can build you a new 4core cheaper than recoreing..i got a 4 core triple flow built for my 83 cherokee 2"s wider and 1"longer new top and bottom tanks about $500-00 :D

yep same here just had to cut 'U" shape bracket to an 'L" shape

Have you tried Hammonds at Capalaba?
I'm sure they would be able to recommend somehting to suit
