Can I mount an isolator (sealed Piranha one) inside on the passenger side kick panel? Any issues with this?
Battery is in the boot, running the cable under the trim to the back. There's no room under the bonnet to do it.

I'd expect the Pihrana unit doesn't produce too much heat, but I'd test it out of the car first just to be sure. If that's ok, then sounds like a good spot.
