05 DX 4.2L TDI Patrol - what would you pay?

Post by Hallie »

G'day All,

I have been looking for a GU 4.2L TDI Patrol for a while now and haven't had any luck so far.

I 'm now dealing with a broker who has found an 05 4.2TDI DX patrol. It comes with a steel winch bar with winch, has 43000Ks and looks very tidy. He wants 46K drive away.

Is this too dear??

Your advice would be appreciated.

is this a UTE or a wagon...

even for both i would say its to much... as its a DX spec.

I priced 1 of these new n it was $53k new I'd say it was too much, if your in no rush something will pop up, steel bars n warn 9000lb low mounts are cheap through nissan I'd offer $38k as its a DX or keep an eye on trading post, car sales ect

I paid $35k for a 2003 ST TD6 with 100k klms....

I'd say with that low klms and yr mod it would be low mid 40's.
if they are $53k new, you would be mad payin that price.

For that sort of money you would at least want it optioned up a bit to justify the price, things like 37inch tyres and the like.
Now get off the internet and get back to work........
