We'll now accept prepaid entry's until the 30th of March, but no later. You can still prepay for dinners but it's too late to order shirts etc.
Entry forms have also been mailed out to every club in the association.
Entry at the gate is $160 for the weekend or $50 for the day, so you save yourself $20 by pre paying,

It's up to the club running the event, in this case it's the All Wheel Drive Club, there are 40 spots available and I'm sure they will be asking every club if someone wants a drive.

Are we allowed to have fires at our camp site?

Which pictures correspond to which class? The pics with the Vit and the Hiluxes for the lower two, and the Patrol and 45 for the upper two classes?

Camp fires are OK as long as they are kept to a reasonable size, but if there is a fire ban then it will be enforced.

Re Helmets... can I assume that since the X90 is a targa... I'd have to wear a helmet?
Or would that only be if the targas are out?

Yep, should be a sticker on the back indicating that it is ADR approved.
