Good 4wd Clubs on Sunshine Coast/Gympie Area?

Post by Kell »

Does anyone know of any good 4wd clubs in those areas? I want to join one when I get my 4wd but I don't want to be in a club that just does Sunday driving kinda thing. I want to be in a club that gets out and about, camps, does 4wd and most importantly a club where I can meet some great new people. All information would be appreciated

I know a few guys in the Sunshine Coast 4WD Club. They're a pretty good bunch of people. A good mixture of interests. They are a quite competitive club when it comes to competitions, and I'm sure they have their camping and social events too. I'll try to find some contact details for you and I'll PM you.

If you look at this Page there is a list of all the Q.A.F.W.C members. You should be able to find something close to you that you can go and have a look at.

how old are? When i joined the goldcoast 4x4 club i found them to be 3-4 times my age and they were more into the soft side of things, and more pinics and lunches than driving.
I did feel welcome and it was a good introduction to 4x4ing but something you soon grow out of depending where you want to go with it.
