GQ and 79 Pillar Gauge Pods

Post by sootygu »

Gauge pods similar to the below should be available for GQ and 79 Series L/C in the next couple of months from Autron.

I am sure there will be enough interest to organise a OL group buy. Can use the same company that helped us with GU pods.

How long are we talking, I've got a GQ, I am about to modify my dash pod to take a boost, pyro and oil pressure guage, a pod on the pillar would work better for me.

100 series pods would be awesome.... and a digital temp gauge for the auto tranny to match from these guys would give me wood....and make me part with cash too....

I dont think they will be available until May/June.

Should be around the same price as the GU one ($100). Although there seems to be enough interest for a group discount.

The 3 pod question is a good question.
As for 75: they are the same as the 79, 73, 74.
Although 75 troopy would need to be longer, they have a taller windscreen.

Im guessing it would be tight between the A pillar and the pods if down the track if someone was going to run a 6 point cage?
