Can anyone help. I have searched on the net and on the forum but can't seem to find anything.

Does anyone know where I can get parts for these winches from.

Hey mate have you tried there website and/or calling Ramsey in America direct. We have delt with them in the past and they have been really help full ..i am fairly sure that there are no Ramsey dealers in australia but dont hold me to that .

Call James at PGS we used to be the importer but when Ramsay USA got bought out the service dropped off, we still have some complete and parts.
