Did I mention, that in the above link, that's the same torch I was talking about that is available here and has been for some time? And it's about $300AUS with warranty.

thanks for that mate. i only just read ur previous post in thise topic. i must have overlooked it.
what sort of battery do they use to get that life out of it. sla or soemthing else.

is that the exact same light that u have for sale? i can build one for less than 300 but all the late nights searching prob owes me more than that. haha.

i would love the satisfaction of building my own...just because i can. i dont actually need a super high powered light. but would love to have one for bragging rights.

Yep it's the same light. Unsure of what battery it has sorry. But I know what you mean, build one. God knows how many times I've said to myself I can do better and have fun stuffing around making something. Probably always cost me more but it's fun. I dont sell them, nor do I have one or need one. But sh1t I'd love one just coz.
