you can buy them off ebay they plug straight into the stock loom..

just search for Patrol.. if they are on ebay at moment they will come up, they arent always there, but I can tink of better things to spend $400 on...

got mine from redcliffe wrecking bout $200pr. passenger side pluged straight in but had to run three cables across to the other side brake, tail & reverse i think it was indicator wire and earth were already behind the driverside light.

I bought them cause i kept tearing out the bumper lights and didnt like driving home with out tail lights and indercators.
i got nothin

I bought mine from Ebay had the same problem with having to run wires.
I did the same to my rear lights they got ripped out.
here is a pic i cant find them on ebay at the moment.
