94 jackeroo v6 hard starting

Post by flyinwall »

im just wondering if anyone knows why our jack has a problem with starting. The problem is that it takes about 6-8 seconds of winding to get it started (i know 6-8 seconds doesnt sound like a long time but i thought fuel injected motors started almost straight away) the motor is an efi petrol 24 valve (i dont know if its a 3.2 lt or a 3.5 lt as i havnt been able to figure that one out yet but it goes like a scolded cat)

cheers for any help
