Toyota 3L head issue

Use a 3L head. The Early 2Lt head wont fit at all and is identifyable by adjustable rockers as oposed to buckets and shims on the late model 2LT. The late model head on both the 2Lt and the 2LTE will fit but i wouldnt use one they are a poor designe and are prone to cracking as they have an extra internal cooling galery in them to try and keep a little cooler with the turbo. This makes them weak and crack easy. Although the 3L head also cracks its not as common a problem.
The Late 2L non turbo fitted to 10/88+ 2wd hilux's and Hiaces will also work with the 3L.
