Vitara without air cond

Post by Goldey »

Does anybody own a Vitara without air conditioning? I am interested in seeing how the drive belt for the power steering is setup when there is no air conditioning compressor?

Anybody??

Cheers

Thks Rosie, but it's all sorted now. I've got my power steering back,  , but the air conditioning compressor is still stuffed. I'll get to it at some stage.

How did you go with the new wheels and tyres??

Cheers

Hey mate, sorry I didnt get the pics up. The shutter on my near new camera is refusing to open but good to see you have it sorted.

Tyres and all are good, they rubbed real bad but a bit of bashing and cutting and they are fine on the road now. tomorrow is the big test though as going to try them offroad.

lift went well, i had to bend gear sticks though as couldnt get 2H and the gear stick was a bit tight. also ive had to cut the old bottom spacers to stop all the creaking noises.

Thanks for the advice and good luck with the aircon.
