I'll be there in the 80UTE with my 2 boys, cant get away from them in the 4B. Got a few repairs to do since the Pirana Pursuit but should be OK if not the Missus 80 will get the 36"s bolted on and a good thrash. It is an initation only club event . So its prob to late to register know.

I will be heading up this weekend with Shayne, would be good to check out the new property. Looking forward to having a cruisey weekend doing a couple of drives and a night catching up with everyone around the fire.
Saturday Night always provides good entertainment.

There will be several drives happening with all levels of difficulty, whether you have All Terrains or Simex's there's a drive to suit your needs.

as always there is no info readily available for this event. Why don't the organisers or you guys who know about it actually post up all the relevant info for it. Things like when and where, prices etc etc instead of just saying who's going?

The event is invite only and if you are a member of an invited club then your club should have notified YOU about it.

This event is on this weekend 4th-6th May in the Neerim area.

not at the moment but was curious to know which clubs get the info as when I was a member of the Suzuki Club we never used to get any info about it and were members of the Association. And I still get all the newsletters etc for the Suzi Club and don't remember any info about it

I don't think all association affiliated clubs get an invite. I think invites are sent to those clubs who have a good rapport with the Gippsland Club and know their members through other 4WD events.

Correct. They run drives of varying standards on the Saturday, have a bon fire and social get together on the Saturday night and then on Sunday I think they are having a show and shine this year. They used to have a very entertaining mud run course on the Sunday but due to them changing properties I'd say they had to lose the mud run ;)

Looked like it was shaping up to be a fairly successful event when i made my brief visit on saturday arvo, about 120 very muddy cars returning from trips of various standards and damage reports. luckily i just had two flat tires this morning , which is about par for the godown for me.
