IFS 4 runner how to: Lift?

my mates got a 93 4 runner with coil rear and ifs front.
the front is sagged and was wondering about torsion bars:
i dont know much about them but was quoted $800 plus labour at efs to put hd torsion bars in and was wondering if this is right and how hard they are to put in

I've never heard of torsion bars sagging but you can adjust them either up or down, IFS 4runners can be adjusted from stock height up roughly two inches. After market torsion bars can be excessively stiff and ruin your ride quality. Note you will probably want to invest in some spacers to drop your diff 1-1.5"in order to save your CV angles and maybe some manual hubs.

at the top of the link its says straight away that ifs will sag like any other springs?????????????????[

They are definately prone to sagging, and you can wind them up easily enough (just remember to jack the vehicle up first because the adjustment bolt is very easy to strip)

$800 is about average for torsion bars, but unless you have a steel bar and winch, I wouldn't bother with HD bars, I had them on my 4Runner, and they were a bit too stiff to make use of the little travel available.
