Rattling A/C
Ok, this one is a little hard to describe so let me know if you need anymore info.
The Air Con on the triton has a very annoying rattle in it while it isnt on. Once I turn it on, then it goes all quiet. I pulled apart what I could to see if there was anything lodged in there, but didnt find anything. It seems to be coming from the evaporator? (the radiator grill look alike). I can get the unit fully apart of course so it is possible that something is stuck in there that I cant see. Although I find it strange the rattle stops once the air con is on. I've tried all the different settings on the dash, but they all have the same result. The air con seems to be working fine (cooling wise), but Ive noticed that it does seem to drip more water than any car I've had before.
Any ideas?

The core up front is the condenser. The one under the dash is the evaporator. Maybe a slight blockage in the system somewhere, maybe Receiver\ dryer. Or if the rattle is under the dash (evap core), maybe the TX valve or equivalent has a problem.
