OK, there is another topic on this page, but it mainly talks about diesels etc.
GQ LWB 4.2 EFI.
Is there much advantage by getting extractors?
Is there much benefit with a 3" system?
Is the standard Catalytic convertor OK to re-use?
I don't care about making it louder or making it sound better, just if it makes enough extra power to bother with the extra $$$.
I need to do something to my Patrol, it is waaaay too slow.
Any other power up tricks? (no Hi-clones please)

3" would loose way to much pressure for a na car. 2.5 should be sweet, you can change ur air intake, ur fuel intake and ur spark. these three elements will give you more power.
high flow air filter, dno what you can do with ur fuel side of things, and change ur cam, get a lumpy cam with more lift and duration then std and it should produce some more power, however dont make it 2 lumpy or itll be a Scanas to drive offroad
