i just found some cracks in the engine fan on my GU 4.2 turbo diesel. now do i replace it with a genuine Nissan one or put an after market electric one on like d/Craig. if electric what size?

yep 2 bolt through the coupling. my cousing lost 2 l/lm with this method in his gq diesel, but i dont need to worry about economy. we dont rev em to redline eitherchimpboy wrote:What do you mean by "locked up fan"?
