Lockers

Post by nottie »

Gday all ;)
Ive finally bit the bullet and agreed to the mis's to deck out her 99 NL paj for touring and the odd wheeling trip.
Question is :?: Ive searched all the links on lockers and have just gottn very much confused.
What are the avalability and options on front / rear lockers for a 99 NL 3.5 manuel exceed Pajero.
I was told once that there is nothing available for this model and was thinking at going for a Haultech traction control system?
Also any suggestions on a good suspension package for it. Mixed and match is a no brainer as i want to do it once and not get a off the shelf kit as ive never really been happy with anything like that.
And if anybody has any acceseries for this model let me know as im on the look out
Cheers Jamie h

There are 3 lockers available for the front of your NL :-
- custom Detroit (made to order by Geelong Diffs in Melbourne)
- Lokka (as sold by 4wd Systems in Adelaide)
- ARB airlocker (RD110)

As yet there is nothing for the rear off the shelf but ARB will be releasing an airlocker in the next few months.
Having said that the NL has a very effective rear lsd so you might want to put in a front locker and assess from there if you really need a locked rear.
