V8 GQ problems

Post by AC »

Hi,
Is there anyone running a vp 5.olitre and turbo 700 out there?

I am just finishin off some final pieces and having a few problems with transmission wiring and reversing lights etc.

I would love to hear from people who have done this and what mods they have done as well

thanks Alan

it is out of a vp commodore, is there anything that really seperates them to look at?

I had a look tonoight at the inhibitor switch which has the two wires in it , when the vehicle is put into reverse with power on should there be power to one of these wires?

Just trying to work out if the inhibitor/reverse switch is faulty or does it get power somewhere else to take to the rear lights???
