my 80 is off the road and in the work shop getting double air lockers and 4:88 diff gears fitted, it has only been a week and i already miss my cruiser!! im running around in my girlfriends mirage!! let me tell ya's its a funny sigh to see a 6ft 8inch bloke driving around in a little shitbox like that!!

a week?? no reason why air lockers + c&p swap should take more than 2 days.

2 airlockers in an 80 is an easy day job, the diff gears are a bit time comsuming to set up right but it's not rocket science.

true, but when you find out that your wheel bearings, brakes, hand brake, seals, and a whole lot of other mechanical stuff that is farked, it sort of stuffs you around a bit!! and also not getting the right nut for the diff gears :x :x caused quite a bit of pain trying to find a nut to fit the new crown wheel and pinion, but it is ok now as it will be ready tonight!!!
