We are heading up from the coast tomorrow.........But won't be leaving the BP until about 330. If we see a few big trucks around we will come and say hello.

Well got back today and what a weekend. It was good to see alot of competitors and new competitors. Thanks to the officials and and my sponsers S&M metals, BOAB 4x4 and Goodyear Springwood to help me get to this round. Well Saturday's tracks where good (Thanks Shane) i did not have any problems with them. Today's track (Sunday) was well made up for on the spot decision because of the rain, well done. The only thing i could maybe suggest and as long as we have enough officials is maybe start half the group one track and the other half on the other track straight up, because of so many competitors and we only have so much day light. I lie, i got another suggestion is that maybe we start at 9:30am as the flyer says and not 10:30. We may have a little more time to play with. Other than that it was good to catch up with everyone and see you all at the 3rd round (Where ever it maybe be) :D

returned this arvo. Being the first comp i have ever attended (even as a spectator) i learnt alot.

I was surprised (a few were pissed off) about the distance and terrain that we needed to cross just to spectate on saturday, but it made for a fun trip. (provided you didn't have some knob in a hilux doing dirt skids constantly, was damn dusty out there).

Really enjoyed watching what i referred to as the "wrecking yard" on saturday. OUCH.

Todays course was even better to watch i thought.

Overall great weekend, and do plan to attend more in the future. Did anyone else notice the lack of landcruisers at landcruiser park? Perhaps it should be named Patrol park?

See you at the next one.

Had an awesome time ( was my first time as well ). I enjoyed the trek out to the comp site on the saturday but yeah it was a little too far for the women as well. Sundays track was well put together considering the last minute change. Sundays event was more spectator friendly as you could virtually see the whole track. Awesome to see a leaf sprung Hilux carve up the Patrols on that track!

Had a great time, the only annoying thing about that whole weekend was the group who camped beside us, but you get that everywhere I guess..
If those involved are on this forum, who were "teaching" their kids about dirty sex acts at the top of your lungs should be ashamed of yourselves

Other than that, I'll be back for the next event!
