i have a 92 hzj75 ;) i wanna run 35's but wanna know the best way to move diff forward for better gaurd clearance any ideas? also got a set of extended shackles to go on will they affect my castor?

I fit 35's on mine without any mods - rubbed in the very top of the guard only on the rare occasion.

To fit 37's i drilled new holes in the spring perch and fishplate, 25mm back.

Extended shackles will affect your caster slightly - don't think it's bothered anyone before though.

A lot of articles on here already covering this. In saying that, you can either re drill your spring perches on the diff or buy relocation plates from someone like snake racing.
75 series ute. 8 inch lift, Drop shackles, Shock hoops, ladder bar, Ubolt flip, 3 inch wheel spacers, intercooled turbo, winch, twin detroits, 35" Mtr's, etc, etc.

Also get 2 x 3deg wedges, they will fix that wandering feeling you get with 2" shackles.
HZJ75, 3in spring,2in cab,drop shackles,shock hoops and inverted shocks, fourbys 15x10 beadlocks, 36x12.5x15 simex ET2,
Comp Tray,Turboed 1HZ.
