Sway bar disconnect on GQ

Post by RRover85 »

I went out the other weekend to play in the mud and found the sway bar disconnect wouldnt work on my GQ. I had a look at it tonight and found the rear part of the cable was seized and theres no way its gonna unseize!! Ive only recently brought the car and judging by the people I brought the car off I dont think it ever saw mud or get used!!!

Does anyone know if you can still buy the cable new from Nissan??

Thanks!

Pull it out and try soaking it in penetrene. This is a common problem with the factory disconnects.
