MQ Petrol Workshop Manual

Post by Heathx4 »

Would I be right in guessing that the only way to get a workshop manual for a 1982 MQ with the L28 petrol engine in it, is to get the Nissan one? And does anyone know where to get this for less than $80 (and I don't mean 5 cents less)?
The manual from Gregory's for the Diesel versions of same is around $50.

did you just need it for the info on the motor? try going to your local tafe that trains mechanics and use the photocopier.

I just wanted to buy one for a reference for the car, not the engine in particular though that'd be very nice. The TAFE eh? Very interesting. You think they might have this kind of thing lying around?

tafe

Post by mav »

they have all kinds of workshop manuals i went to batman tafe in coburg and got some copies out of a manual for a 1970 D series ford truck i'd been to a few truck workshops and they all said they didn't have any manuals for shit that old, the tafe had five volumes on it, the other place to look is nissan dealers that have been around for a while you never know what manuals they will have kicking about. :D :D :D
